Supervisors hold important and responsible positions in any business or organization. Sometimes called "middle management," supervisors are often responsible for interviewing, 招聘, and training employees, as well as preparing work schedules, and dealing with customer complaints. Depending on the business, supervisors may also handle purchasing, budgeting and accounting. While specific responsibilities vary with the type and size of the business or organization, supervisors must all demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
